Reviews for "John Citizen"

Not bad... not really that great.

Bland, stale, platform, shooter. And that's about it.

Couldn't stand playing for long as the game offered very little in differences in the levels. Doesn't really have much to keep you interested in it either. Feels unfinished as well. As for the physics... there's only so much you can do with boxes and a gravity gun as there are only a few chances to actually put it too good use.

In my opinion, this game does not deserve the spot it currently is in.

As well "Ottawa" is spelled with an "a". Perhaps it would be handy to have a dictionary, or to just google the name of the cities you're using.

was good

i liked it....had everything that a good game usually does =) keep it up

OMG

LEVEL TEN WUZ HARD So cool game!!! 10/10 5/5
oh and u dumb asses his game was so cool u dont like it..then fuck u

A few flaws

The gameplay was like of any platformer. You should also delay they appearance of the flying ninja stars. They were too annoying. I also hated the parts where you have to stack the barrels to pass through a floor of spikes. It was almost pointless. Improve on these parts and anyone would love to play.

Not feeling it

I liked the game. Well, I tried to like it. But it felt satisfactory, not extraordinary. The first two levels were filled with empty space and there was nothing but "shoot enemies, avoid lasers", rinse and repeat.

The rampage mode was... decent but I felt that there was a lot of things that could have been done other than having ~two enemy types in the beginning. With the first two levels I didn't feel the need to play any further. The plot was a little generic and the fighting just evolved into "use pistol and click rapidly", rinse and repeat.

Unfortunately, this just feels like it plods along with no actual aim other than to show off the empty space I mentioned before. It needs an actual challenge.
