Ok game...could use some work
First off let me say that I like the concept, I just don't think you executed to its full capacity. To start when you make a game, please make the background music softer or add a simple Toggle Background Music button. It's a great convenience and will make your came better. Next, The graphics could use a little work. Nice effort though (I'm no artist either...I probably couldn't even draw stick figures)! The menu I found was a bit primitive. The menu is usually the first thing users see, so a good menu will lead to more users wanting to play your game. To make your game better I would have added some more locations levels and difficulties (maybe the children could be worth more points). I'll have to admit though I was pretty horrified by the cancer gun concept. Also, instead of making heads a button that turns to a target, why not creating a target that replaces the cursor and when clicked checks to see if a persons head is in the scope (Use hitTest). This game could use some improvement, but nice first try!

Lack of substance.
I've seen better. The Graphics were substandard. The Music was good. The Cancer gun was a pretty good lead up. But little flimsy. As mentioned b4 it doesn't turn your face green. So very little had to do with cancer so im sorry but i felt the joke was lost because it could have been any kind of gun (I.E Zombie Gun) and still been the same game. But i don't care that you used cancer but if your going to be offensive you might as well had gone for broke and had some kids in wheel chairs or bald kids begging for some help or what not.
Finally i just wanted to mention that a few of the characters are un-responsive. Clicked them and they turned green but didn't count in the score.
All in all though it wasn't bad but it could have been better with some effort.
