It was decent.

The game seemed like it could have been great, but some things in the game were just so troublesome that they kept the game from being fun.

One problem I found was that if you used the pound move by jumping into the air and pressing down twice, and you're holding space while doing this, and you happen to be over a bomb while you're doing this, then the girl freezes in the ending animation for the pound while slowly sinking through the floor until you let go of space. While this an extremely situational bug, I find I do this quite often to get rid of enemies on small spaces (like windows) and attempt to start the bomb deactivation quickly.

Also, sometimes the time that the bombs start with is way too little. In one game I had three bombs appear in a row that only started with 8 seconds. Although, there seemed to be a bit of a delay where no bombs were on the screen before this happened, so maybe the bombs were just secretly ticking away before they appeared on the screen?

Which brings us to the enemies. Sometimes, they're just way too much trouble. An enemy's stun time typically isn't enough to deactivate a bomb while the enemy is lying on the floor. This means that if there's an enemy really close to the bomb, and they're not close enough to a ledge that you can't knock them below, then you have to kill the enemy. The number of hits an enemy can take to destroy can take way too much time away from bomb deactivation, especially the later, stronger enemies. Especially if you get one of those bombs that only have 8 seconds. Those bombs are essentially impossible to deactivate if there's just an enemy or two near it.

And the controls, while they are a bit tricky, seemed to be pretty okay once you play for a while. (And I'm not sure if it's actually mentioned anywhere in the game, but if you press 1 or 2, then you can switch between WASD controls and arrow controls.)

Also, while I'm not letting the medals affect my rating at all (because they are part of Newgrounds, and not the game itself), I didn't really like that while the medals were based on time in the game, enemies killed, citizens saved, and bombs diffused before another goes off, the only thing you can actually keep track of in the game is your score.

So overall, I did think the game was pretty fun, but there were just too many little annoyances to make the game feel great.
