Well, alright.
Typical little space shooter game, with some nice upgrades and (thankfully) different ships too. Some problems: Fairly slow paced, rather repetitive (well, it is a shooter,) and making targets and yourself so big that nothing on the screen can dodge anything else, making it essentially a game of trying to get everywhere fast enough to get the 100% killed bonus to have enough upgrades to do well enough later on to get the boss. Fun enough in doses of 1 or 2 levels, but nothing special.
By the way, there's a bug allowing the usage of ANY ship, yes, those you haven't bought, on Time Attack modes.

I love these old-type games, however it does get a bit repettivtive

I don't like the idea of buying again all upgrades when you change your ship
