I've played this game on other websites and I didn't think it was on NewGrounds too. It's fun, easy, and addicting.
P.S., For those of you who say it's "impossible" to win in solo, try to kill as many enemies as you can. Killing more enemies means leveling up faster and getting more points. Leveling up gives you better firepower and missiles that will come in handy during the bosses.

A couple of extra lives would've been great, but I guess that what makes it so exciting! Pretty intense five minutes. I liked it! Excellent game. Well done. The graphics were very nice; a little blurry in spots but that just added to the challenge!
