i got the first 3 at normal then did the true face of evil with madness mode so u wont needa do extra for pacifist awesome game tough but 2 bad no mute button for the sound cause id rather listen to my own music
'Pacifist'
You receive the 'Pacifist' medal for letting the clown crawl away right at the end, but you receive 'The True Face of Evil' for ripping his mask off.
As for the actual game, it could have used a bit more maneuverability, but fuck it was still SERIOUSLY good!
