Tower issue;

The only multi-shot tower is also the best tower.
I did 25 levels in a row using just the Multi-tower and always got an Expert score.
I would like to see the basic (and least useful) tower replaced with a long-ranged weapon that covers a lot of area.
Gas tower caused auto-fail. I never use the frost towers due to the effectiveness of multi-tower.
Bombs weren't something I used either. I think it would be better if the bomb-upgrades included a freebie upgrade. One free bomb per level?
A high-damage low-range (melee?) tower would be an interesting addition. Like an eletric fence? Hits every unit just once each.

For only a second game...

this was amazing. while yes a few more options in towers would be nice... like two different types of towers for the last upgrade or something. but other then that it was very well put together. i can't wait to see more work from you cause i have a feeling you will only do better as time goes on. keep up the great work!

Hmm.

This game was very fun. But, it seems multi-shot lost 70% of their power. Which makes it impossible to achieve any of the "expert" ranks in the later levels.

This game is fine if you're just playing it from start to end, but to achieve expert ranks, one needs to send waves when the timer hits around 180, which is only a few seconds. And without powerful multi-shot cannons, that can't really be done. Even when using tons of super cannons.

Multi Tower

Thats all you need to beat the entire game.. just repeat missions to build your stats to where you want them and voila.. you're unstoppable , always get expert and when a boss battle comes , let them go through your wall of bullets and once out of reach , sell them fast to get the giant mother of turrets.. sell , rebuild until victory is yours..

I didnt finish the game , it was too easy after awhile.. it was fun tho , while it lasted

Good Game but...

I have to say the multi fire tower is way too over powered. As soon as you can afford to build 2 you can just send the hordes in within seconds of each other and they are decimated. The odd few gets in every now and then though which is something you really have to watch out for when playing x3 speeds.

Apart from that one tower messing with the balance of things, I have to say I enjoyed this very much.
