"Boring Gardening" would have been a better title.
I'm having trouble where the "extreme" part is coming in. The music sounds like someone made a bunch of sounds into a mic and looped it, the gardening part is more along the line of trimming trees, and the whole thing is just about matching a pattern in a tree. This isn't "extreme" in any since of the word.
Either rename the game, or make it match what it's called.
The music makes my ears bleed.
The gameplay was okay, a little bit of a pain in the ass later on, but okay. The music is possibly the most horrible thing I have ever heard. I want to tear off my ears while playing this game.

This game isn't a game that deserves medal system.
1.Graphics are low
2.Too hard
3.Boring concept
4.Terrible background
The only things I liked are the pieces of leaves falling and the automatic pause facility
If this game has medal system,there are dozens of games in newgrounds that require it.A best example is Riddle school.
