Anyway, great game, love the metroid like gameplay.
Much worse then the first.
First, you give me a weapon that barely helps. It curves, so in cramped areas it hits the top of some wall and doesn't hit my enemy, quite useless, and then my enemy walks over it, meaning I have to die to get my cat back. Then you put in such a cramped area, there is no way to dodge the enemy attacks.
One of the worst parts was actually hitting your enemy. When you hit them, they started running around, and in the cramped area that often meant they ran into you. I can't even kill the enemies without hurting myself? Lame.
This all adds up to TERRIBLE combat. And since combat is the only other thing besides jumping and upgrades, that's a really bad thing.
