Overrated

Give me a fair challenge, it is far from fair if after I create my 2 first soldiers the AI sends me a "Meteor Storm" (2k exp needed, and nobody died yet) so I'm just guessing the exp/money means shit for the CPU, which means he can have you out of money and against ur own fortress in no time and he will always be able to pop some soldiers if you corner him. Also, being forced to research the same kind of unit on every stage isn't very imaginative, like the name of every other research available.

Towers are just crazy. You start with 4 kind of towers (all of them uber expensive or most useless, which the AI can build without stopping the flow of soldiers, ofc) then you upgrade and have a single kind of tower available (also super expensive) that's too deep for my understanding, I guess.

This game isn't hard, you just need the very exact way of beating it, but you can only do that or else you're done, kind of trying to guess a password and once you get it there's no more fun (where "fun" is the frustration of trying code after code)

I can't allow me to waste XP on a special attack or the AI will upgrade sooner than me and will kick my butt. I can't allow me to use XP on a special attack as the AI is already beating at my doors and I have no money left.

I can't allow me to upgrade the soldiers or build towers or I'll run out of money to make more of them, as the AI has infinite money. I can't allow me to not upgrade or buiild defenses as my sorry soldiers won't stand up against the tide of AI minions.

What to do?... A bit of each, ofc! Now my sorry army will prevail enough to let the AI evolve and kick my ass with even more agony :)

The graphics are smooth, and the unit altho I don't really like the skinny or humpy style of the units either, but that doesn't matter after all the injustice.

Kay I was going to give it a 0 but I'll raise to 4, realised my deep frustration. Still is not passing the test, and I spent far more on the review than playing, dammit. I like upgrading stuff, but that's no excuse for a poor and unfair game, dude.

Very alike to the last to what i remember...
I disliked how you cannot evolve anymore, but sooner or later id just expect the death star to come in and blow their castle to dust.
Oh well.

It is very fun.But why is Gods wrath so weak.I built one and it was destroyed very quickly.Too quickly.But overall very fun

The issues have already been brought up, now lets talk strategy.

I'm honestly a little dissapointed in how useless infantry were until the very last evolution. For the most part they are melee based and are very slow (until future evo), then they come into their own as a cheap way to put a damage the enemy base a little.

For the most part putting armor out front with with support in tow works wonders on gaining points for those must have turret upgrades. Buy the longest ranged stuff you can. Once you're at least one evo ahead with at least two turret sections, you won't need to produce any more units until the very final push. Till then keep upgrading your tower.

At the very end build what you need for God's Wrath, then produce one and follow it up with support units. The support units aren't really needed, but they do make a nice insurance just in case it falls before killing the enemy base. Especially when their range is fully upgraded.

Awesome game, I remember playing the first one when it came out, and the better animations made it a lot better. I have no idea how long I spent playing this trying to beat medium mode, and in the end I had to rush them with 3 God's Wrath, which took forever, even with every upgrade. I don't know how long hard mode would've taken me. Great game. :)
