I think this game captures the full essence of the tankmen - a post-apocalyptic but somehow retro absurd chase through the desert. I've liked it.

BTW, I got the Marathon medal around 19,700 m or so, is this a bug or the Marathon medal just became cheaper?
Gamer tips: Try to avoid those rectangular brown things on the floor, they ain't powerups, they're potholes and slow you down. But if you run out of bullets, you can make the truck run into them and slow it down.
Also, avoid getting hit by the front of the truck, that makes you miss a life. Try to keep the truck as far to the left as possible. And if you can't... put yourself behind it!
