Full of glitches!
You say this had a few glitches? It had a ton! I die for no reason, I live when I am supposed to die, I blow apart then land normally, I walk through fire, etc. Also, "fate" is the word you want, not "faith".

I liked the concept
I liked the music and sound choices on stage 1 a lot and found the You Are Dead song really funny.
Anyways I noticed you had to have put a lot of work in the game because all the animations and small details. It seems like you put a bunch of effort into adding a bunch of small details and content and not enough time on polishing the gameplay. I didn't play past stage two because I found the music annoying and got increasingly annoyed by dying over and over. Platformers are really hard to do well because its so dependent on level design which is a pain in the ass. I wished the game would have been more frantic, meaning more urgency in escaping like in Chase Games like Dino Run or Avalanche. It wouldn't fit in the game design of this game, but for a prison escape game I just think it would be sick if you had dogs on your ass and you had to run from them.
And 10.9 MB.. damn compress your music (and arrow key controls would have been nice)
Well-done, but not very original.
The art was decent and the animation was smooth, but this kind of game has been done so many times, it's gotten old.

Well, for a first time game I really had no clue how to do an AI (computer character) so I could only do a basic platformer styled game. When I get more into it and learn more I will be able to be more flexible.
But we all got to start somewhere right :D
Despite it not being that original, I wanted to make a classic styled game anyway, which is why it has sega music :)
And I am pretty proud of this nonetheless, because when you compare this to my old games, this is basically the most advanced :D

First level is supposed to be easy, then it gets harder as you progress.
