HATED this game
Bad controls, bad set up, bad bad bad. Why when you jump, you fall straight down if you dont keep pushing the arrow key? BAD!

I'm not sure what you are talking about... I wonder if your browser is causing odd bugs; I have heard that IE can cause problems with games sometimes.
Unless you just aren't used to platformers with variable height jumps (which in my experience is most of them)? I can't tell...
Entertaining and addictive enough
Played through it and got all the achievements except the one which almost certainly exists for beating the game with no deaths. All the endings and 100%'d the game though. I'm sure I could do a speed-ish run with no lives lost if I wanted to spend the time to be careful, but I don't have the patience for that, especially since theres no NG medals.
Has a Mario feel to it, but with checkpoints strewn about it doesn't every get too aggrivating. The was one place with the 'flickering' blocks that was somewhat annoying in the computer history section, but you eventually get the timing down.
To other reviewers who don't know how to use items: You don't. Items are automatically used/combined when you have all the appropriate ones. For example, you need shirt, pants, and shoes all together before you'll put on clothes, as the notion of being partially dressed is far too complicated to dear ole Clarence.

the storyline is great and so is the control.......

the game is long and some what stressful to me i dont know about other people but thats my con. still a good game tho

How to get dressed and do crap with our items I was running around the house got alot of crap washed up and food but couldn't find out how to get dressed.
