Really cool.
You should make a level system though. I think there's some points where it gets too difficult because you can't dodge all the bullets.

It's really only after you defeat the boss, Phage, that we intentionally make it nigh unmanageably difficult. With practice you shouldn't have too much trouble dodging shots up to that point. Thanks for playing!

Quite interesting game. Cute animation. At first it looked like they did turn into monsters, but then I did see how cute they did turn out. Good show :D

The intent was to kinda have them contort into something forced/happy/creepy. Kind of to show that though they were smiling they were still being infected against their will and forced into something they're not. Thanks for playing!

but sometime the command are a little slow, and maybe a smart bomb should be useful.
anyway the animation is great and the progression of the story is fresh and intriguing!
