132% game progress? That seems like a rather random number...
Here are the 'Just do it!' Things:
Armaggedon: Throw a Nuke at the bottom and quickly change to a Explosive.
Suicide: Same as Armaggedon but with a Lighting.
Fly Anvil, Fly!: Same as Armagggedon and Suicide but with an Anvil.
Zombieball: Kill as many Zombies as possible with a Ball.
If you completed all, you will get a Medal.
Bullseye: When you're at the Dartboard Map in the Selectioner Mode, throw a Dart at the Bullseye.
For such a simple concept this game is very fun. Not much else to add really, the weapon choice is amazing, the varied gameplay keeps it interesting and the combos are stupid awesome. Great game.
