Reviews for "Granny Strikes Back"

Something new

Interested kind of game right here. Sort of a mix between a shooter, TD, defend your castle. Really enjoy it.

The graphics are really simple, and maybe not the best, I just don't like the angle of the board, it's somewhat difficult to move around with that particular angle. The graphics, like i said, are simple, cartoony, not the best I've ever seen, a bit childish.

Audio is all right, the quality is good and it goes with the style of the game.

I liked the concept, shooting snowmen and so on, with different types of weapon that springs from a garden. Something I can't say I've seen before. I also like that you can upgrade stuff, and the wide variety of items and such you can upgrade. I think you might be levelling a bit too fast, though, because I easily maxed out my Damage stat by the first couple of maps.

Too much action at once, yet too easy.

This game is really great, but i dislike the fact the game has too much things to do at once and is way too easy for a granny(lol). I would like it if it was just build and upgrade, not run around breaking boxes and one-shotting every enemy that comes near you. It's too repetitive and gets boring easily. I don't like the fact how you have to collect your powerups and money. It would be better if there was a multiplier of how many enemies you've killed for money, and the money bonus would add more and more multiplying rates. Also, for the guns, you could just buy it and when the granny levels, you can get on the "capacity" upgrade for more ammunition per round. I love your idea of collecting plants for the ammunition, but it gives us a much harder task to do including all the over things you have to collect, whilst shooting everything. Aside from that, i would like it to be much simpler by adding only one way of where the enemies come from and make it more challenging. I don't want to move around the whole place just to kill a few at a time and collecting everything. Great work and I hope you take some of my advice for your next game if you are making another one of these.

Impossible to lose?

That is a great game! Only problem is that I believe the unlimited mode is too easy. I don't think I could have loss without killing myself after level 62.

Hmm...

While the game was innovative and fun, I encountered a glitch where the character I was in control of would move without my command. It ruined the game for me so I'll give it a 7.

very creative

great fun, intersesting, creative, and a good blend of styles make this a very addicting game...
