Phew. You need the eyes of a HAWK for this job. This one is down to your ability to see a tiny square on a large space of cycling colours. Doesn't help that as you go through the levels, the size of the pixel then decreases, and begins to become less obvious, until you can't tell the difference without looking closely.
not sure if its just my moniter or what, but there was just too many that i could not see any visible difference in colour. also, pointless game.
