An escape with 3 alternate endings? Great!
For lack of another way to say it, I think the most needed improvement is some "production value." The still images were great at being easily recognizable puzzle elements, but the final confrontation (which was difficult to uncover for players who solve the laser puzzle before using the mystery box) was a little disappointing in its presentation.
The puzzle/game design is impressive. I felt it was the proper balance of challenge without being obscure, random, downright unfeasible, or coerced together to the point where the player is left just going through a series of trial and error with their inventory. Adequate hints were scattered for just about everything, the secrets were fun to find without being giveaways, and the inclusion of red herrings that were not part of the solutions added something that a lot of escape games don't have.
I think my only complaint is that some of the messages in blood were hard to read, and the strange behavior that they only appear in the dark took away from their actual impact. Sometimes less is more.

I did it in 3 minutes, but that only unlocked the Expert medal so I did it again and this time I waited around till it was about seven minutes and then finished and I still didn't get the speedy trophy. Pretty good for a point n' click. Wonder why there's all those redundant objects, especially at the start of the game.

I'll look into the medal bug and let you know if I figure out why it isn't unlocking. There actually are hidden uses for all of the objects in the game.
EDIT: I think I fixed the bug. Feel free to try and unlock the medal again, but you may need to clear your cache first. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Decent game. I did however, escape in 2 minutes, and I didn't receive the badge.
It was a great game that had some good ideas and art. However, it was very hard to figure out the last few puzzles. The "ending" and the phone were very difficult to accomplish, and I feel that you either had to cheat or be a developer to know how to complete them.
