Reviews for "Road of the Dead 2"

This game is amazing, I am going to be replaying this for a long time!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! GUNS, ZOMBIES, EXPLOSIONS, ANS HUMMERS ALL IN ONE GAME?!?!

YOU. ARE. THE. BEST.
Thanks for the game and good job... It is well done!

Awesome Game, so i have an idea for the sequel, first chapter is that Diana and Cocheta, have to clear a path for the rest of the army and survivors to pass through to the North. Then there the base starts, upgrade base and protection of the place at certain time of the day and the other time they go an scout the area further to clean it up and mantain. Chapter 2 is where you see a short clip how the driver from the first chapter tries to survive meanwhile as Diana and Cocheta scout they encounter each other. Then you as the driver try to escape from the cause you have the supplies they need. In the end they catch up and take him back to base. He is reluctant to obey but agrees to scout out. So you have one person driving, one person shooting and then a mechanic who upgrades and fixes while exploring or even during the ride but it takes much longer. Chapter 3 As you expand scenarios occur where medicine and food are need and protection. There ends up a war between the generals settlement and HQ's settlement. Your goal is to go in and destroy them(since they are doign smthing bad, no idea right now)). They have mutated soldiers with zombies(basically zombies with guns), turrets.
Chapter 4, After you are done you return and find out that your colony has been destroyed by their specialized army sent. There is a show down between the 2 cars?!!?

Maybe another sequel or a continuation within the 3rd sequal is finding out that there is someone immune and you start creating the cure but you need to go and pick him/her up and maybe also a goal is to find the scientists to work on while keeping the place safe.

Many ideas to do next, but hey you guys did an awesome job and keep up the good work

Evil-Dog responds:

We already have all the sequels planned but thanks

I think everybody has been waiting for this.....

First off, I'd like to say that you somehow outdid the first one. That alone deserves 5 stars (I don't know how long I spent on the first ROTD until I beat the hard mode).

I only have a few complaints:
1. That annoying key-lock bug. I know it's been said already, but I've died more than once because of it.
2. User created levels should not give RP. One guy made a level where you just smash through about 100 zombies at once (and it repeats) and the combo bonus gets you to the RP cap in like 5 seconds. That shouldn't happen.
3. Only do this if the above is done first, but get rid of or raise the RP cap. It gets really annoying. First off, when you really want to save up so you can upgrade your car, but your on the highway, so no garages. You just continually stay at 5k. Second, I have pretty much every buyable upgrade, and I only need to buy a few things from a church to have everything, and I want my RP to just keep going up and up as a testament to my awesomeness :-p.

Ok, well, that about sums up the bad, now I'll give some of the good so I don't sound like I'm complaining.
1. Insanely awesome original gameplay, even compared to the first ROTD, which was revolutionary in its own right.
2. I don't know how you found those voice actors, but they're fucking amazing.
3. The challenge modes are nicely thought out and each one is unique in it's own way.
4. NO LAG! To me, lag on a flash game is the most annoying thing ever. This game has a huge file size, and yet it runs perfectly smoothly.
5. Props to SickDeathFiend on the artwork. It's incredible.
6. Awesome storyline that really added depth to the game.
7. Don't listen to the whiners here, the difficulty is perfect. You should consider having an extreme story mode with the zombies buffed up or more numerous in the third (please say you're making a third)

All in all, ROTD2 was well worth the wait.
