Confusing. I assume this was meant as a serious original animation played straight. But the choices in voice-acting really take that away. The voices strongly suggest it's satirical. And your attention really gets homed in on that because there's no ambient noise or background music to soften the dialogue. The sound-effects might also be too slapsticky and stock. Animation though, really great stuff! I'd suggest to invest some money in ambiance and SFX kits that fit the world you're trying to present. Because right now sound and visuals are weirdly conflicting.

But in my opinion I think that it would be better with more ambience sounds, like more people talking in the background, music volume a little bit higher, wispers and little sounds the characters could be saying even when they are not talking, walking steps, seagulls sounds in the sky, buble pops sounds in the soup, that kind of stuff.
And maybe trying to do the animation with a little more fast pacing ;)
But I like your style and this animation looks very profetional, Keep it up !
