i remember i watched this flash 3 years ago and he wrote that he won't make the 3rd and if we want a 3rd so badly we have to make one ourself (that's even how i started to have interest in flash)
he also said that he began making it but he was so bored and he had a life so he won't be making it...
i know it's sad but we have to face it...
or we make a 3rd one because we are sure that he's not going to make it or we let the story end like that witch is i think the best idea...
