From "Pac-Man X"!

Ever since he was 10, Orson Toxx has been known as an aspiring inventor, makin' little gadgets and doodads just for fun & to make people happy. Heck, his first inventions "L-177-LE" & "M4-R-13" were made with the help of his uncles Dr. Bartholomew "Bart" Toxx and Botolf Toxx. But ever since their deaths, the teenage wanna-be inventor starts to reminisce about where he got his start and who were the ones who supported his dreams. Orson has since promised himself to keep the inventor name of the Toxx family alive for the good of everyone he knows and loves, even if he's not exactly sure how yet.
