Had some ideas and wanted to get them down, first is a parasite that tears open the host’s back and second is a 1st pass salvage crew who specializes in opening passageways to access damages.
Might do smth with this idkk ^_^

When it’s mature. Can’t remember where i got the idea but i imagine the way it spreads is by having the host’s infected blood burst from the revealed lungs, getting into waterways and highly trafficked areas.
Not the most plausible but that sounds awesome to me so im determined to make it work 🙏
