Ash Ketchum, best there ever was!
Not only at catching pokemons but also crossdressing apparently. :)
Ash Ketchum and Misty (or Satoshi and Kasumi as they are originally called in Japan) are (according to Wikipedia) created by Satoshi Tajiri and are part of Pokemon which belongs to Nintendo.
