Love how you did the greyscaling transitions from the areas of shadow to the ones hit by light. The brightness of the eyes really gives life, a sense of intelligence and purpose, as much as the clothing conceals many secrets. The wear on the torso armor adds that additional punch of realism, as do the facial markings.

Looks very nice. Well done. I thought it was Arthas (from WCIII) when I first saw it.
