She is a cosplay artist that in this image, she is making love to the camera as: Ryuko Matoi. Every time I saw this picture I was entranced and decided I should add her to my list of portrait studies.  

I have been wanting to draw her for a while now and it made me so happy to give it a go. @missfayecosplay I have been putting this off for a long time but it feels good to finally release her.
