I decided to get out of my comfort zone and draw fairies! And as you can see I've also gotten better with some tools and effects in Fflash 8. ;) I really enjoyed designing Emily the fairy!

Name: Emily
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Race: Fairy
Likes: Exploring around forests and contemplating over things she finds.
Dislikes: Any living being that is bigger than her since she feels vulnerable due to her small size.

Bio: Emily is a curious fairy who resides with her species of other fairies who live in a forest filled with strange magic flowers that can be entered in as small homes. She is pretty naive and wishes to see and discover more but at the same time is afraid of leaving her forest as danger may loom outside of it. She gets scared pretty easily especially of creatures bigger than she is! She fears anything could eat her! She also likes socializing with other fairies and is sometimes a bit of a tease to her close friends. But don't worry, if you do meet her, she'll be nice and won't tease you at first....unless you do something to change her mind! She enjoys conversation and usually is the one to spark conversation as it excites her. Occasionally Emily also flies over to magic flowers and enchants them with her magic to help them grow into healthy home flowers other fairies can use.

Trivia: So when I was thinking of making her, I was sort of inspired by Navi the fairy from The Legend Of Zelda series as well as my perception of fairies as a whole. I want to make them more than just cutesy as they've been in other fantasy stories and give them some more dimension to their characters hopefully. If you're expecting things to always go smooth for these fairies, guess again, they have to deal with harsh things such as weather problems and trying to stay alive from dangerous creatures! Luckily these fairies can fly fast and are usually good at hiding inside trees, on top of trees, inside flowers and even can confuse their opponents with trick spells giving the fairies their chance to make their escape!
