Rocko Rabbit: a fast quick-witted rabbit who is the prey of Frankie Fox (Headcanon Voice Actor: Billy West)
Frankie Fox: a slow dim-witted fox who tries to catch Rocko Rabbit for dinner (Headcanon Voice Actor: Emo Phillips)
Percival Puss (Puss for short): a cranky, cynical stray cat who is the unlucky friend of Perry Pooch (Headcanon Voice Actor: Bill Kopp)
Perry Pooch (Pooch for short): a dumb, hyperactive dog who often gets both him and Puss in trouble (Headcanon Voice Actor: Richard Horvitz)
Tuxedo Thompson: a fast-talking, cigarette smoking black cat who always tries to sell some kind of scam (Headcanon Voice Actor: Jeff Bennett)
Terry Tabby: A stupid-looking, tie wearing tabby cat who always falls for Tuxedo's scams (Headcanon Voice Actor: Eddie Deezen)
Conrad Cat & Milton Mouse: a silent cat and mouse duo that cause chaos in a house together
