Marvel Universe: Earth 765
Steve Rogers aka Captain America, a design I worked on a while ago, when Steve was in WW2 fighting Hydra and saving people's lives with his team the Howling Commandos, along with Wolverine. He lost Bucky Barns and was frozen in this outfit where the Avengers found him in Modern Day.
