Briooq is a robot master created by an activist and a separatist named Dr. Nagus Javiori as his high ranking commander of a military organization led by an extremist political party known as the Great Technocratic Party. He's shown to be hostile to several robot masters, including Dr. Cossack's, who he believed are an obstacle to his creator's legacy and those who tried to stop his imperialistic ways, and a narcissist as he only uses some robot masters who he believed benefit his creator. He'll do anything to help Dr. Nagus on fulfilling his goals, which is to take over Belarus, then Russia by using his own technology, and later convert its neighboring countries into puppet states.
