So in the original Pokemon & Digimon RP me and my friends had, Domino found her way to earth and started a Team Rocket there, collecting gangsters and thugs from local gangs. So yeah, I based the style off a goth, gal, delinquent, hoodlums and... whatever you would consider the one with the cape. I even added a genki pink grunt.
