Houken "Ken" (OC) - "A low-ranking Enforcer of the WCM (Wўtai Citizen's Militia) and Kai's older brother. The stench of booze follows him like a wraith, and so does the ring of matchlocks and war. After having served as a field medic in the Second Great War, he now spends his days attempting to diffuse the high rise of the triads within the country."

This piece took me quite a long time to finish since I scrapped the entire design halfway through. Mainly, this was because the first design didn't look "regal" enough for me, since I wanted the Enforcer's uniforms to look overly fancy and even impractical-- eluding to the WCM's corruption.

I also thought that the first face I drew looked too different from Kai's face, and I wanted the both of them to look more similar, since they ARE brothers. Super happy with how it turned out in the end!
