I made this character as practice for my new art technique but I love her a lot so XD 

Caramella Misu, also known as Caramella, is a fusion of a Mismagius, Alcremie, and Litwick. She is the owner of a small sweets boutique where she spends all day making sweet treats for anyone to try. Despite her frightening appearance, Caramella genuinely wants to make friends, but doesn’t know how to. She also always finds that Pokemon around her are always so grumpy and down. So she enchants her treats to enhance their mood and, in a misguided way, help them become friendlier to each other. It works…a little too well because they now do anything she says, which is NOT something she wanted at all! She’s not evil. She just wants company…
