The Anatomy of an Oan

During the Blackest Night event, a Guardian is torn apart and his organs ripped from his open thoracic cavity. I was intrigued by this to be frank, and wondered what organs an immortal who does not need to eat, drink, or sleep needs.
I based much of this info on Blackest Night #7, but some of it is made up. I know there should be blood, but I intentionally left it out.
