this is a character for pablo ballpark's big day out, the game i'm making.

i think she'll be a fan favorite tbh. we'll have to see.

the reason why they wear a party hat is because he forgot to take it off and realized people think it's still her birthday and give him gifts.

i think he's like... medium dog sized. dunno if he's heavy but he probably is light.

i also think he's probably constantly high.
