This is a wonderfully vibrant picture! I think the only thing that turned me off was how it did look a little disorganized. I guess it wasn't supposed to make much sense. It just looks a tad messy. It's still a great picture to look at. The best part is probably how good the colors are.
I guess the green guy is supposed to be another octopus thing. I guess I don't know my cephalopods that much. It was weird for me to even spell that! The background rainbow thing is great too. Is that a location, some sea creature or both?

Just the way I like it! I love how that green creature's hair droops into a design. It's fun to look at!
Colorful yeah
Really cool palette on this one. Could do real good as a motif on a satchel or t-shirt. The cartoony style really works out, would love to see some more shading/lighting work on it, though.
