Halloween Headshots: Needles Kane

Apologies for the lack of art. This month has been a lot and it's been a struggle to just enjoy the spooky season.
But I still managed to make some pieces for Halloween! I'm bringing it back to the headshots of characters from different horror-centric media as they're pretty easy to pump out.
Second up is Needles Kane from the Twisted Metal franchise. I heard a while ago that a tv series is in the works, and I'm cautious at best. But for now, here's the classic murder hobo clown.
