The background is supposed to be her tail in case you didn't notice. Also, she is a snow leopard and her name is Oblivia because she is oblivious and it's based off of the common name Olivia.

Her tail isn’t actually that big. It’s just bigger than usual in this picture for comedic effect and for a background. It does get caught in stuff occasionally though.
