This is a revamp of essentially the same design, just shittier and made on a novice level.

Here's what the full perk entails:

Damage, health regeneration, Motivation, and Aura are enhanced 75% for 30 seconds.

(If there's 3 for more enemies within 10 meters this effect will continue and stack.)
