Arx Vigilia is one of the Veturian Emperor's favorite defensive bastions, thanks to its size and favorable position. Near the borders of both Arkos and Grisonan, it was the seat from which Emperor Arcturus planned his initial assaults on both nations, each eventually falling to the might of Veturia.
