I wanted to make a tragic villain and i also got inspired by the look of Captain Curly from Mouthwashing. He was just a normal guy but then got taken away and tortured by Mr. Gigglesworth, and now he is a skinless man in bandages with an electric rod as a weapon. He still has his memories.
