Meet The SmoKing, Captain Environment's second enemy! He carves smoke and turns it into a weapon, one of his perks is that he's very stealthy and can do surprise attacks!

I made an animation of their fight back in 2017, it's a bit cheesy now that I've watched it again recently lol

Maybe I'll reanimate and rewrite their story someday.
