The mighty A.B.C. Warrior, from Judge Dredd(1995), this one in particular is named Hammerstein, although in the movie he is distinctly hammerless...
Dredd(2012) is instant trash because he was not in it.
Once again not stoked about the background but I refuse to put characters in the void...
