Infected with SCP-217, Cecil's mental state has declined into a state of perpetual lethargy, becoming unresponsive to stimuli. Via X-ray, his internal organs have been entirely turned into organic "metal" and other substances. The externally visible symptoms are becoming present in an alarmingly fast rate, most severe on his face. To prevent further infection Cecil is to be contained in a sterilized air-locked room. Interaction with him is prohibited.
