There is room for improvement, I think some of the limb placement is kinda wack, but you do have a sense of making characters cute! But I do recommend to maybe change the background to a solid colour so Steve isn't blending into it?

soo i felt like drawing characters from tankmen and realized that i also like steve in the webseries and now here it is!
also i guess epilepsy warning because the colors???
