Kuroni was once a famous hero in the colorful Oni Rangers team. He was eaten alive by the infamous Yamato no Orochi, and presumed dead. Many centuries passed, until one day in the 1970s Kuroni returned! Apparently having lived all that time suffering within Orochi's body, festering with hate.

Feeling abandoned and forgotten, Kuroni became a supervillain hellbent on making the world understand his pain and anguish too. In his past life he was a kabuki performer, now, he transformed his talents into that of a Visual Kei artist. His concerts are dark, macabre and horror themed. Complete with him summoning demons from the deepest pits of Hell to perform with him! During concerts he wears his signature mask to cover his scarred face and 'complete the look'.

He's become a complete edgelord, but deep down Kuroni is a softie, he just only shows it to a very select few people he's closest to.
