This was another attempt of trying to do PC-98 art, but it just didn't come to together the way I wanted it to. I ended up just using the airbrush because it was enjoyable. Over all, it's a very time consuming process. I'm sure things would be different if I had the right software, but they are hard to control. There just isn't any modern software that exists to make this stuff, and no Aseprite doesn't count because it doesn't have all the tools for it. It only gets you so far and again, it's still time consuming.
