Part 2 of this Random Character series I have started! Technically this part was mostly finished for a bit, I just had a few straggling details to finish (and wanted to give the One Way Heroics anniversary drawing time to shine). Some of these characters are making their public debut on my Newgrounds account! The characters featured this time around are:
