It's Chihiro and Sampson on a rooftop!
Chihiro is Bonehead's girlfriend. She lives in Tokyo, Japan (thus the stylized change of appearance), and has a guardian dragon named Sampson. She also plays guitar, works in a cafe and is a bit of a pop singer.
...If you can't already tell, I literally tried to make it so that she was incredibly stereotypical of your average anime character. SUCCEEDED.
Anyways, I haven't really had the chance to use her in an animation quite yet, but she's an important character, so sooner or later expect to see her.

I should really include more of my characters in my animations. I had a bad guy and everything in the comics I made as a kid.
