Originally a small sketch that I liked so I colored it in an alternative way
The hand is saying "let's take ibuprofen together", the soul-piercing eyes are saying "I want blood", and the bright-as-hell blood and cracking electric(?) effects behind her say "I'm about to unleash my full power".

edit: im not sure if the bright blood is for aesthetic reasons but its a bit too bright imo for the enviroment its in. maybe make it a bit darker or add a grunge effect on it
